APPLETON, WIS. [August 27, 2026] — sa´«Ã½ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾ is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Fields to Construction Operations Manager of Renewable Energy.

In this role, Fields works closely with project teams, safety leaders and senior management to successfully execute sa´«Ã½ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾â€™s renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards while adhering to sa´«Ã½ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾’s standard operating practices and work processes. Additionally, he serves as a critical link between field operations, corporate teams and customers, ensuring alignment, collaboration and exceptional project outcomes.

Fields has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including three years with sa´«Ã½ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾, previously serving as a Project Executive. Fields holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Northern Arizona University.
